Paying for Your Education

An investment in education will be one of the most important assets you can draw on during your lifetime.  According to Healthdegrees.com, 60% of individuals employed in healthcare (including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners and nurses) are allied healthcare providers-an estimated 5 million in the United States.  The website goes on to say that the Bureau of Labor and Statistics estimates that at least 36% more allied healthcare workers will be need to be added to the workforce in the next 10 years.

If you have been successfully been awarded a grant or loan, your input would be very helpful for others; the application process can be intimidating.

Below are websites that will help you research what is available for students.  Remember that most loan or grant applications need to be submitted by January 1st.  If you have any other suggestions, please post them on our blog.
